PACKAGE CONTENTS:

1. AquaCore_Assembly.3mf
   * The complete 3D assembly model.
   * Use for CAD review, manufacturing quotes, and CNC programming.


2. AquaCore_Technical-Drawing.3mf
   * The definitive 2D engineering drawing.
   * Contains all dimensions, tolerances, part IDs, and assembly notes.
   * This is the primary reference for fabrication.


3. AquaCore_Bill-of-Materials.docx
   * The Bill of Materials (BOM).
   * Lists all parts with IDs, descriptions, quantities, and sourcing hints.
   * Open with any spreadsheet program (Excel, LibreOffice Calc).


4. AquaCore_Assembly-Guide.docx
   * Step-by-step instructions for physically building the unit.
   * Includes wiring diagram and safety notes.


5. LICENSE.docx
   * The legal license governing the use, modification, and distribution
     of these open-source designs.

FIRST STEPS FOR A BUILDER OR MANUFACTURER:

1. REVIEW THE DRAWING: Open 'AquaCore_Technical_Drawing.pdf' to understand the
   design scope, key dimensions, and assembly intent.


2. QUOTE FROM 3D MODEL: For fabrication quotes, provide the
   'AquaCore_Assembly.step' file to your machine shop. The critical custom
   part is the cold-side condenser (Part ID: COL-COND-01 / HS-COLD).


3. SOURCE PARTS: Use the 'AquaCore_BOM.csv' as your shopping list. The design
   prioritizes standard, off-the-shelf components where possible.

DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS (SUMMARY):
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Core Function: Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) via thermoelectric cooling.
- Hot Side: 100mm x 50mm heatsink (horizontal fins).
- Cooling Stack: Two (2) 40mm x 40mm Peltier modules (TEC1-12706).
- Cold Side: 100mm x 40mm heatsink (vertical fins, acts as condenser).
- Power: 12V DC, 10A (120W) minimum.
- Output: Condensate drips from vertical fins into a collection cup.

NOTES:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- This is a functional proof-of-concept design. Performance depends on ambient
  temperature and humidity.
- Ensure all thermal interfaces use quality paste and are clamped securely.
- The cold side must be insulated (except for the fin faces) for efficiency.
