Under the 1967 Outer Space Treaty, Article I:

The exploration and use of outer space, including the Moon and other celestial bodies, shall be carried out for the benefit and in the interests of all countries and shall be the province of all mankind.

CURRENT OPERATIONAL STATUS

Service Confirmed, Process Active: Formal service of the P.O.S.T. framework (18 NOV) and the critical AuraGuard PRFDS security technology (19 DEC) is complete and documented. Institutional receipt and vetting have been confirmed.
Standard Response Window: The submission is within the standard administrative processing timeline. This notice serves as a public record of the formal offer made under the treaty's principle.
Defining Test: The response to AuraGuard (a life-protecting technology offered freely in the direct aftermath of mass violence) will be a definitive test of practical commitment to the "province of all mankind" ideal.

ORIGINAL SOVEREIGN DECLARATION

Under the 1967 Outer Space Treaty, Article I:

Project OpenSourceTerracore (P.O.S.T.) technologies, including the AuraGuard Passive RF Disturbance Sensing (PRFDS) system, are hereby declared contributions to the "province of all mankind."

These life-support and public safety systems (AQUACORE, OXYCORE, Food Synthesizer, AuraGuard PRFDS, etc.) are essential for human survival and security in terrestrial and extraterrestrial environments and are released under sovereign open-source protection.

Any commercial appropriation or patent claims against these technologies for space or critical security applications will be contested as violations of the spirit and principle of international space law.
